Senior project manager for a private project management consulting firm. Led concurrent multi-stakeholder construction programs valued at $8M–$80M, including a school renovation and new school build for Austin ISD. Managed full project lifecycle: schedule, budget, contract negotiation, and coordination across owners, architects, contractors, and public agencies. Prepared and disseminated regular project status updates to executive leadership and project partners. Identified and resolved schedule and budget risks proactively, maintaining program momentum under tight public-sector timelines.

2022-2023 / milk + honey spa

Project management and owner representation for a local spa that was expanding nationally. Construction administration/contracting for new TI buildouts. Coordination between project architects, contractors, consultants, landlords, and the internal operations team. Contract review and contract management.

2015-2021  /  Topo Development + Hai Hospitality,Austin *They began as a single company and then split.

Project management and owner representation for a local real estate developer on restaurant, mixed-use and commercial developments (10,000 to 165,000 s.f.). In-house design, permitting, and construction administration/contracting for office finish-outs and ground-up construction. Coordination between project architects, contractors, consultants, landlords, and tenants provided for all projects.

Design, detailing, consultant coordination, extensive code research/interpretation at the federal and local level, and presentation drawing/rendering for federally-funded, multi-family residences, and mixed-use projects. *Holly Park, a HOPE VI project in Seattle, WA that was spread over 36 acres, and contained 219 units.

2003-2004  /  Gensler, San Francisco

Design, detailing, and construction administration for prototype retail projects across the U.S.

1998-2000  /  Maria McVarish Design Services, San Francisco

Design, detailing, spec writing, coordination with consultants, zoning/code research, and construction administration for the residential/commercial adaptive reuse of a 1909 warehouse in downtown San Francisco. This included a 5000 s.f. bakery/restaurant called Citizen Cake.
